The corner where every sunset looks like a postcard
Another picturesque coastal town of Tacoronte, located six kilometers from the town center and 120 meters above sea level. Its name comes from the term “pris” or “proix”, an old mooring for boats.
This enclave, of fishing origin, has been developed as a tourist and residential neighborhood since the sixties. It retains its seafaring essence with a pier, a fishermen’s guild and restaurants famous for their fresh fish and Canarian cuisine.
It has a small beach, a natural swimming pool and coves ideal for swimming. It also has a playground, sports center, social club and lifeguard services. In 2016 was inaugurated its modern chapel dedicated to the Virgen del Carmen, whose design has been recognized nationally and internationally.
El Pris is also a privileged place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets with the Teide as a backdrop.
