This wine-producing territory extends from the coast to 750 meters above sea level, including municipalities such as Tacoronte, La Matanza, El Sauzal and Tegueste.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-673 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tacoronte.travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/tacoronte-300x217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\"><\/p>\n<p>The vineyards, cultivated on terraces and terraces, are mostly cultivated by hand, preserving traditional methods such as training in harrows. The native varieties, such as List\u00e1n Negro and Negramoll in reds, and List\u00e1n Blanco and Malvas\u00eda in whites, give rise to wines with character, freshness and a marked insular identity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tacoronte-Acentejo is not only wine; it<\/strong> is landscape, culture and tradition.
